SESSION ONE - DEEPENING YOUR MAT - Take your mat practice to a deeper somatic level with a sharper and more focussed experience.

SESSION TWO - BROADEN YOUR TEACHING METHODS -  Teaching in a genuine and passionate way, gives energy and enthusiasm to the method and your personal version of it. This session will help you develop and love your way and your message.

SESSION THREE - KNOW YOUR BODY- KNOW YOUR METHOD - We all experience the method slightly differently and get something different from it. This session explores that further and helps you find more direction and purpose in your personal practice.

 

 EVENING - UK PREMIER OF "JOSEPH PILATES - A DOCUMENTARY" AND SOCIAL

 

 DAY TWO 

 

FOR ALL

SESSION - RELATE THE MAT TO THE CHAIR - Mat to Chair, Chair to Mat - Explore repetoire connections and get a deeper understanding of som popular moves.

SESSION - LESS IS MORE ON THE CHAIR - The Pilates Chair isa magical piece of equipment that generates much from what at first does not seem much 

​

SESSION - THE PILATES CHAIR  - SMALL BUT WITH BIG POSSIBILITIES - Explore some of the unique moves that the Pilates chair unlocks

 SESSION  - STANDING MATWORK - A vertical workout with lots of great "take away" moves for you.
